Heavy-Duty Feed Tube Replacement

Feed Pan Retrofits for Crate Replacement
When your gestation crates are worn or damaged, we offer a cost-effective retrofit solution that includes installing custom stanchions paired with a ½” high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet at the bottom of the feeder.
This HDPE material creates a durable, easy-to-clean feeding surface that resists corrosion and wear, offering a smooth alternative to steel without the need for welding. Available in 2' to 4' widths, our retrofit solution provides long-lasting performance at a lower cost than full stainless steel options.
